Preparation method of aloe fermentation and hydrolysis extract showing prevention and improvement effect of atopic dermatitis and cosmetics prepared using the same
PURPOSE: A method for preparing aloe fermentation extract and a cosmetic product using the extract are provided to enhance skin permeability of an active ingredient and antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing aleo fermentation extract which prevents and treats atopic dermatitis comprises: a step of collecting 1.0 kg of aloe peel and adding the aloe peel to 2 L of ethanol； a step of incubating the mixture at 50-60 Deg. C. for 8 hours with shaking sometimes； a step of filtering ethanol extract at reduced pressure to collect liquid； a step of concentrating the liquid at 50-60 Deg. C. under a predetermined condition to prepare soft extract； a step of dissolving 50,000 unit of beta-glucosidase in the water and adding to the soft extract； and a step of reacting the final mixture at 40-50 Deg. C. for 8 hours.본 발명은 아토피성 피부염 예방 및 개선효과를 나타내는 알로에 발효추출물의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 화장품에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 알로에를 추출 및 발효시킴으로서 유효성분의 피부침투력 및 항산화활성을 높이고, 항염 및 항알러지 효능을 증진시킬 수 있는 발효추출물을 제조하고, 이를 함유한 화장품을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 아토피 피부염 예방 및 개선효과를 나타내는 알로에 발효 및 가수분해 추출물의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 화장품에 관한 것이다.이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 아토피 피부염 예방 및 개선효과를 나타내는 알로에 발효추출물의 제조방법은, 알로에 껍질 1.0kg을 취하고 에탄올(EtOH) 2리터(L)를 넣어 50 ~ 60℃에서 8시간동안 가끔씩 흔들어 주면서 방치하는 단계； 에탄올 추출용액을 흔들어 주면서 여과지를 사용하여 감압으로 하여 여과하고 여액을 취하여 단계； 여과한 액을 감압농축기에 넣고 50 ~ 60℃에서 일정한 조건으로 감압 농축시켜 연조엑스 상태로 만드는 단계； 베타글루코시다제(β-glucosidase) 50,000unit를 10밀리리터의 물에 녹여 연조엑스에 가하고, 40 ~ 50℃에서 8시간 동안 흔들어 주면서 반응시켜 발효 및 가수분해시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
