PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition containing Siegesbcekia glabrescens Makino extract which is included by maltodextrin or cyclodextrin is provided to prevent damage of useful ingredients due to heat. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition comprises: a step of extracting Siegesbcekia glabrescens Makino using ethanol or ethanol-containing solution； a step of applying gamma ray to the Siegesbcekia glabrescens Makino extract for decoloration； a step of adding the extract to a solution containing maltodextrin or cyclodextrin for including the extract with matodextrin or cyclodextrin； a step of removing solvent from the solution to collect extract powder； and a step of adding Siegesbcekia glabrescens Makino extract powder to a soluble cosmetic base.본 발명은 말토덱스트린 또는 사이클로덱스트린으로 포접된 희첨 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비교적 낮은 수용성을 나타내는 희첨 추출물을 수용성 화장료 조성물에 효과적으로 용해시켜 첨가할 수 있다.
