Nutrition additives for cultivating cauliflower mushroom using vegetable lactovacillus and yeast, manufacturing method thereof, and cultivating method using the same
According to the present invention, a nutritional additive for the cultivation of cauliflower mushroom is capable of largely reducing the culture duration of the starter culture of the cauliflower mushroom and the growth duration of the fruit body of the cauliflower mushroom, thereby reducing time to the cultivation of the cauliflower mushroom.
