PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope insertion part and an endoscope which have appropriate flexibility according to the position where a confluent tube is arranged.SOLUTION: A confluent tube 70 is arranged inside a curved section 16b and a soft section 16c. The confluent tube 70 includes first and second flexible tubes 71, 72. The first flexible tube 71 forms an air/liquid feed pipe 28 and a gas supply pipe 73, and the second flexible tube 72 forms a liquid supply pipe 74. One end of the second flexible tube 72 is connected to the midway of the first flexible tube 71. The first flexible tube 71 is made such that its portion where the air/liquid feed pipe 28 is formed is thinner than its portion where the gas supply pipe 73 is formed. The second flexible tube 72 is made as thick as the portion of the first flexible tube 71 where the gas supply pipe 73 is formed.
