The present invention discloses a nasogastric tube hands-free device for holding an empty needle and applying it to a nasogastric tube feeding operation, comprising: a fixing clip, a tube clamp and a flexible bracket. Wherein, when the nasogastric tube feeding operation is performed, the filling needle is clamped by the tube clamp to fix the position of the empty needle relative to the patient of the nasogastric tube. In this way, the traditional nasogastric tube feeding operation can be avoided by manually holding the empty needle, and the feeding flow rate of the nasogastric tube can be stabilized, thereby improving the efficiency of the nasogastric tube feeding operation.本創作係揭示一種鼻胃管免持裝置，其係供以夾持一灌食空針並應用於鼻胃管灌食作業，包含：一固定夾、一管夾以及一可撓支架。該固定夾係以供夾持於周邊物件。該管夾係具複數棘爪結構且該等棘爪結構係形成一管置空間，該管置空間係供以放置該灌食空針。該可撓支架之一端係連接該管夾且另一端係連接該固定夾。其中，當進行鼻胃管灌食作業時，並利用該管夾夾持該灌食空針，以供固定該灌食空針相對於鼻胃管病患之位置。藉此，係能避免傳統的鼻胃管灌食作業須以人力拿持該灌食空針之方法，且能穩固鼻胃管之灌食流速，進而提升鼻胃管灌食作業之效能。
