PURPOSE: A celioscope surgery device is provided to freely change a position of an end effector combined with a side of an operation load in an abdominal cavity by manipulating the operation load. CONSTITUTION: An operation load (20) is combined with a support load (10). An end effector (30) is combined with a side of the operation load. A flexible tube (40) is connected with the end effector. A load driving module (50) supplies driving force to the operation load.
