PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency treatment implement which allows projection of a needle electrode by a desired length without short-cut of an operation wire inside a flexible tube even in the state where an endoscope is bent, and prevents easy kink of a distal end of the flexible tube even when the distal end of the flexible tube is made flexible.SOLUTION: The high frequency treatment implement includes: a roughly columnar operation wire provided with a treatment part for treating a lesion by impressing a high frequency current on the distal end part a roughly cylindrical flexible tube body inside which the operation wire is inserted so as to be freely moved forward and backward an operation part connected to the proximal end part of the operation wire, for moving the operation wire forward and backward and a power supply terminal attached to the proximal end part of the operation part. The operation wire is formed of a small-diameter operation wire provided with the treating part on the distal end part, a large-diameter operation wire thicker than the diameter of the small-diameter operation wire on the proximal end part, and a connection wire connecting the large-diameter operation wire and the power supply terminal.
