The invention relates to a locking compression plate at a rear side of a proximal tibial platform. Primarily, it is provided with a fixation plate. A pressure protrusion is protrudingly formed from the upper of the fixation plate and bent toward the front end of the fixation plate. A screw hole is formed on the pressure protrusion, and a plurality of lateral screw holes are arranged at two sides of the fixation plate respectively. Furthermore, a plurality of lower screw holes is disposed on the fixation plate downwardly. The screw hole, lateral screw holes and lower screw holes are provided for screw components to be screwed therein. Accordingly, bone fragments torn and displaced by a posterior cruciate ligament at the rear side of the proximal tibia can be pressed and positioned accurately. Thus the bone fragments can be recombined with the tibia to be recovered.
