PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, with a method for applying electrical stimulation to the skin surface through an electrode called iontophoresis which has been used conventionally, wherein it is not easy to make an active ingredient or the like of a medicine or a cosmetic having a large molecular weight pass a barrier of epidermis corneum, and a method for more efficiently delivering the active ingredient is demanded.SOLUTION: The method for transdermal introduction is the method for efficiently delivering the active ingredient of the cosmetic, the medicine or the like to a dermal layer under the barrier of epidermis corneum. In the method for transdermal introduction, by imparting, to an optional skin region on the surface of a human body, the electrical stimulation wherein a high-voltage ultrashort pulse and an electric pulse group having a voltage smaller than the high-voltage ultrashort pulse and having one pulse width or a half period of a time longer than the width of the ultrashort electric pulse are combined through the electrode in contact with the skin, a new path temporarily passing the barrier of epidermis corneum is formed by the high-voltage ultrashort electric pulse, and the active ingredient is efficiently delivered to the dermal layer by the electric pulse group.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来から用いられてきたイオン導入法と称した皮膚表面に電極を介して電気的刺激を印加する方法では表皮角質バリアを分子量が大きい化粧品や薬剤の有効成分などを通過させることは容易ではなく、より効率よく送達できる方法が求められていた。【解決手段】本発明は、表皮角質バリア下の真皮層に化粧品や薬剤などの有効成分を効率よく送達する為の方法であって、人体体表面の任意の皮膚領域へ高電圧の極短いパルスと、当該高電圧の極短いパルスより低い電圧であって且つ一つのパルス巾或いは半周期が当該極短い電気パルスの巾より長い時間である電気パルス群を組合せた電気的刺激を皮膚に接触させた電極を介して与えることにより、当該高電圧の極短い電気パルスにより一時的に表皮角質バリアを通過する新たな経路を形成させると共に当該電気パルス群によって前記有効成分を真皮層に効率的に送達せしめるものである。【選択図】図2
