A method of obtaining a transplant from an animal’s dermis, preferably from a pig’s dermis, comprising the following steps: a) preparing an animal’s dermis； b) treating the animal’s dermis with an aqueous solution containing sodium sulfide； c) one or multiple treatment of the dermis with aqueous saline； d) if necessary, single or multiple treatment of the dermis with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide； e) dehydration of the dermis. 2.
