PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion implement which allows the intraocular lens to be set inside an eye through the use of the liquid such as a physiological salt solution without using a viscoelastic substance and suitably adjust an intraocular lens extruding action and a liquid supply action.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens insertion implement includes: an insertion part to be inserted to an incision wound arranged in the eyeball in order to insert the deformable intraocular lens to an eye a tubular body having the insertion part at the distal end and a plunger which is arranged inside the tubular body so as to be movable in front and rear directions in order to extrude the intraocular lens.
