PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion instrument that can stabilize a behavior of an intraocular lens furthermore.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument includes: a substantially cylindrical instrument body having an insertion cylindrical part on a tip for inserting an intraocular lens having a lens body and a long supporting part with one end connected to the lens body in an eye in a folded state a storage part storing the intraocular lens to be placed in the instrument body and an intraocular lens extruding member for moving the intraocular lens to the insertion cylindrical part by sliding it in the instrument body and extruding it into the eye.
