PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument that enables a positional relationship between a rear support part of an intraocular lens loaded in an instrument body and a plunger tip part to be visually recognized when the intraocular lens is loaded to the intraocular lens insertion instrument, or when preload-type intraocular lens insertion instrument is manufactured.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument includes a substantially tubular instrument body having an insertion tube part for inserting an intraocular lens at the tip, a storage part provided integrally with the instrument body or separately from the instrument body to store the intraocular lens so that the intraocular lens can be arranged in the instrument body, and an extrusion member of the intraocular lens provided so as to be slidable in the instrument body for pressing and moving the intraocular lens arranged in the storage part to the insertion tube part, and extruding it into the eye.
