Method for producing an extract of rhus verniciflua stokes containing a high concentration of nano sized fisetin with enhanced water solubility and anti-cancer drug composition thereof
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rhus verniciflua stokes extract powder containing a high concentration of nano-sized fisetin and an anti-cancer composition including the same. The present invention can manufacture the rhus verniciflua stokes extract powder containing a high concentration of nano-sized fisetin which significantly improves dispersibility in water and has an excellent absorption rate in a body by adding a viscosity agent during extraction or after extraction of the nano-sized fisetin from the rhus verniciflua stokes extract powder. The manufacturing method comprises: a step (a) of adding the water or an organic solvent to rhus verniciflua stokes and extracting; a step (b) of filtering after the step (a), removing insoluble matters, and collecting an extract; a step (c) of cooling, concentrating and drying the extract after the step (b), and collecting a dried powder; a step (d) of adding the organic solvent to the dried powder after the step (c), and extracting; a step (e) of filtering after the step (d), removing the insoluble matters, and collecting an organic solvent extract; a step (f) of adding the organic solvent extract to a viscosity agent containing solution after the step (e), and precipitating the nano-sized fisetin; and a step (g) of drying after the step (f).본 발명은 나노 피세틴을 고농도로 함유하는 참옻나무 추출분말의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 항암제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 참옻나무 추출분말로부터 나노 피세틴 추출 시 또는 추출 후 증점제를 첨가함으로써, 수상에서의 분산능이 현저히 향상되고, 체내 흡수율이 뛰어난 나노 피세틴을 고농도로 함유하는 참옻나무 추출분말을 제조할 수 있다.
