CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of bean sprouts comprises the following: cutting bamboo with nodes to obtain bamboo tubes(10)； layering the bamboo tubes on a plastic basket(20) with drain holes after filling the bamboo tubes with the bean sprouts； spraying water containing an elvan silicate solution to the bamboo tubes； and adjusting the number of spraying processes by the temperature of the indoor cultivation field. The bamboo tubes has the inside diameter of 90-120mm and the height of 60-130mm, and has 6-12 drain holes having the diameter around 2mm.
