Nutritional food oil compositions containing all of the essential fatty acids and the highly recommended omega-3 fatty acid DHA in correct proportions making it convenient and easy for consumers to supplement their diets with these fatty acids in the proper amounts, thereby deriving the health benefits of these fatty acids.
