PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-storage house solving such a problem that: conventionally, as the temperature of food has been measured using an infrared sensor, as to food such as wrapped or the like, it has been difficult to accurately measure food temperature therefore, it has been difficult to maintain a supercooled condition for which delicate temperature control is required.SOLUTION: The freeze-storage house includes: a freezing chamber 200 to make a freeze-storage of food 81 by introducing chilled air a temperature-measuring means 50 to measure the temperature of the food 81 stored in the freezing chamber 200 and a control means 46 to control chilled air to be introduced into the freezing chamber 200 so as to maintain the food 81 stored in the freezing chamber 200 in a supercooled condition of causing no freezing even at temperatures lower than the freezing temperature of the food 81, based on the measurement given by the means 50.
