PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-storage house solving such a problem that: conventionally, as the temperature of food has been measured using an infrared sensor, as to food such as wrapped or the like, it has been difficult to accurately measure food temperature therefore, it has been difficult to maintain a supercooled condition for which delicate temperature control is required.SOLUTION: The freeze-storage house includes: a freezing chamber 200 to make a freeze-storage of food 81 by introducing chilled air a temperature-measuring means 50 to measure the temperature of the food 81 stored in the freezing chamber 200 and a control means 46 to control chilled air to be introduced into the freezing chamber 200 so as to maintain the food 81 stored in the freezing chamber 200 in a supercooled condition of causing no freezing even at temperatures lower than the freezing temperature of the food 81, based on the measurement given by the means 50. In the house, the temperature-measuring means 50 is installed so as to descendible toward the food in the freezing chamber 200.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の冷凍保存装置は、赤外線センサを用いて食品の温度を計測していたため、ラップなどの覆いが掛かった食品に対しては、正確な温度を計測することが難しかった。
