The present invention relates to a screw type rapid food freezing device. The present invention comprises: a freezing drum part including a drum housing having a pipe shape, of which front and rear sides are closed, and having a U-shaped upper part, an inlet formed on the rear side of the drum housing to insert food thereinto, an outlet installed on the front side to eject the food, and air knives formed on both left and right sides of the inner surface of the drum housing to discharge compressed chilled air to the bottom along the inner surface of the drum housing； a cooling shielding part including a cover member for shielding the open upper part of the drum housing and a plurality of cooling units installed in the cover member for freezing to supply chilled air to the air knives through an air blower by inhaling and cooling the air in the drum housing； and a screw cooling part including a main pipe installed in the drum housing to be horizontally penetrated and rotated and receiving the chilled air from the cooling unit, a plurality of stirring pipes installed on the outer surface of the main pipe in the shape of a screw in order to transfer the cut food and connected to the inner part of the main pipe and a chilled air discharge pipe including a plurality of nozzles installed at an end thereof to rapidly freeze the food to be transferred by discharging the chilly air to be supplied to the main pipe through the nozzles of the chilled air discharge pipe towards the main pipe side.본 발명은 단면이 "U"자형으로 상부가 개방되고 전후면이 막혀진 관형상의 드럼하우징이 구비되고 드럼하우징의 후면 상부에는 절단된 식품이 내측으로 투입되는 투입구가 설치되며 전면 하부에는 동결된 식품이 배출되는 배출구가 설치되고 드럼하우징의 내측면 상부 좌우양측에는 드럼하우징의 내주면을 따라 하방으로 압축된 냉기를 분출시키는 에어나이프가 설치된 동결드럼부와, 상기 드럼하우징의 개방된 상부를 차폐하는 덮개부재가 구비되고 덮개부재에는 냉동을 위한 하나 또는 복수개의 쿨링유닛이 설치되어 있어 드럼하우징 내부의 공기를 흡입, 냉각하여 송풍기를 통해 에어나이프에 냉기를 공급하는 냉각차폐부와, 상기 드럼하우징의 내부에 전후수평으로 관통되어 회전되게 설치되면서 쿨링유닛으로부터 냉기를 공급받는 주축관이 구비되며 주축관의 외주면에는 절단된 식품을 이송하기 위한 다수개의 교반관이 스크루형태로 설치되고 각 교반관은 주축관의 내부와 연통되게 설치되면서 끝단에는 복수개의 노즐이 구비된 냉기토출관
