The present invention relates to a food drying system which is capable of increasing an amount of food to be dried by facilitating space utilization of a drying chamber, easily drying a large quantity of food loaded in a drying chamber by discharging air remaining in an equipment chamber to reduce air pressure in the drying chamber and to expand air at a chamber temperature, allowing air in a drying chamber to be entirely uniformly expanded and condensed by forcibly circulating the air in the drying chamber, and simplifying an entire system by not requiring a heating means such as a boiler and the like. The food drying system comprises: a housing (10) which has a cylindrical shape and has a drying chamber for drying food； a frame (20) on which a wicker tray provided to be able to move to introduce and discharge grains to and from the drying chamber of the housing and loading grains thereto is mounted； a cooling means (30) which condenses moisture contained in air inside the drying chamber； a drain means (40) which discharges condensed water generated in the cooling means to the outside； and a blowing means (50) which circulates air, wherein the drying chamber (11) of the housing (10) is divided by a partition (15), an equipment chamber (13) having equipment facilities for forming a drying environment of the drying chamber (11) is formed, and indoor air of the drying chamber (11) and indoor air of the equipment chamber (13) are repeatedly circulated to reduce the pressure of the drying chamber.본 발명은 식품 건조시스템에 관한 것으로, 건조실의 공간활용이 용이하여 건조될 식품의 건조량을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 설비실에 잔류된 공기의 배출하여 건조실 내부 공기압을 감압시키고 상온 상태에서 공기를 팽창시켜 건조실 내에 적재된 대용량의 식품을 용이하게 건조할 수 있고, 건조실 내의 공기를 강제로 순환시켜 건조실 내의 공기가 전체적으로 균일하게 팽창 및 응결이 수행되도록 할 수 있으며, 보일러 등의 가열수단이 요구되지 않아 전체 시스템을 간소화할 수 있는 식품 건조시스템을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 그 기술적 구성은, 원통형상체로서, 내부에 식품을 건조하기 위한 건조실이 형성되는 하우징(10)과, 하우징의 건조실에 곡물을 반입 및 반출하도록 이동가능하게 구비되어 곡물이 적재되는 채반을 탑재하는 프레임(20)과, 건조실의 내부 공기 중에 함유된 수분을 응결시키는 냉각수단(30)과, 냉각수단에서 발생된 응결수를 외부로 배출하는 드레인수단(40) 및, 공기
