PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide poultry feed for improving productivity after induced molting in a second cycle of an egg-laying chicken, through improvement in egg-laying recovery, prevention of excessive increase in egg weight, and improvement in egg shell quality and to provide a method for rearing poultry using the feed.SOLUTION: The poultry feed is formed into a mashed, crumbled, or pelletized form, and produced by adjusting metabolic energy (ME) according to a specific nutritional planning given after induced molting to 2,400-2,600 kcal/kg, Ca to 2.0-5.0%, phosphorus to 0.60-0.90%, the content ratio of methionine + cystine to the content of lysine to 0.8-1.0, and the bulk density to 0.45-0.60 kg/L.
