<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced molting method for carrying out effective forced molting without damaging poultry, to obtain a forced molting adjuvant therefor and a protective agent for protecting damages by a reduced feed and fasting in animals. <；P>；SOLUTION: The protective agent for a forced molting injury comprises lactic acid bacteria as an active ingredient. The forced molting method comprises a process for making poultry fast and a process for administering the protective agent for the forced molting injury to the poultry.
