PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry paste in which hot water returning time is reduced and whose texture is made satisfactory in the case of hot water returning, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a dry paste obtained by mixing the mince of a meat under non-heating or the mince of seafood under non-heating and a bubble-containing substance, heating the mixture and subjecting the same to drying or vacuum drying. The method for producing a dry paste is characterized in that the mince of a meat under-non heating or the mince of seafood under non-heating and a bubble-containing substance are mixed, the mixture is molded into a prescribed shape and is thereafter heated, and drying or vacuum drying is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
