The present invention relates to a composition of a cleaning agent for edible meat which has an antibacterial effect and a deodorization effect, and which is used for washing equipment such as a knife, a cutting saw, and the like, or utensil such as a knife, a cutting board, and the like used for processing raw meat or raw fish in order to prevent infection of microorganisms or contaminants.
