PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition or preparation for internal use having anti-stress/fatigue-preventive effect, and preventing/ameliorating wrinkles through ameliorating face skin texture and also giving the skin moistness owing to activating moisture secretion to the skin.
SOLUTION: The preparation for internal use comprises a mixture of coix seed, pachyma hoelen, moutan bark, peach kernel, peony and coix seed, which is represented by coix seed-added keishibukuryou-gan. Oral administration of this preparation for internal use exhibits anti-stress/fatigue-preventive effect and enables wrinkles to be prevented/ameliorated through ameliorating face skin texture and also giving the skin moistness owing to activating moisture secretion to the skin.
