The invention concerns an aqueous non-alcoholic, non-carbonated dietetic beverage containing a beverage flavouring material, a beverage colouring material, a combination of edible food products, natural sweetener, water, being a hydrophilic colloid. The product has good clarity and mouthfeel. Disclosed natural sweeteners are pineapple extracts, the colouring material is 0.01-0.25% Hibiscus and food components may be derived from the radish Daikon (Raphanus sativus) and Broccoli sprouts.
