The present invention relates to a technique relating to a novel livestock feed additive that is capable of simultaneously providing an amino acid form excellent in body absorptivity and usability and an organic acid salt natural mineral extraction ion mineral effect of lactic acid bacteria. The feed additive provided based on the present application is a feed additive that is provided as follows. A natural mineral selected from iron ore, ilmenite, elvan, and sericite is grounded into fine powder ranging from 100 to 300 meshes. Then, 100 wt% is accomplished with 1 to 15 wt% of the powder, 15 to 30 wt% of inorganic acid, and water for the remainder. Then, stirring is performed for 24 to 72 hours at 50 to 80 degrees Celsius. Then, filtrate is taken through filtering and a water-soluble complex mineral is obtained. Then, 1 to 15 parts by weight of fermented amino acid solution is put into 100 parts by weight of the water-soluble complex mineral and a reaction is performed for 0.5 to 2 hours at 40 to 60 degrees Celsius. In a solution in which a metal chelating reaction has been induced between complex mineral and fermented amino acid, an organic acid is put in at a ratio of 1 to 15 parts by weight and dissolved. Then, waterborne nano sulfur powder is additionally put in at a ratio of 0.1 to 3 parts by weight. As a result, a stabilized waterborne nano sulfur sol solution is obtained. Then, the waterborne nano sulfur sol solution is mixed at a ratio of 5 to 30 parts by weight with 100 parts by weight of feed raw material selected from rice bran or wheat bran. As a result, a mixture is obtained. Then, the mixture is dried in a dryer at 80 to 100 degrees Celsius, is dried into a solid with a moisture content of 10 plus-minus 3%.
