The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional cosmetic composition using a natural ingredient and a cosmetic composition thereof. The method according to the present invention comprises: a first step of mixing 100-200 ml of camellia fruit oil, 50-100 ml of each of sunflower seed oil and castor bean oil, and 10-20 ml of each of perilla seed oil, green tea seed oil, and grape seed oil； a second step of mixing 500-1000 g of mulberry and 250-500 g of licorice； a third step of mixing 250-500 g of each of perilla leaves, persimmon leaves, green tea leaves, mulberry leaves, Huttuynia cordata, and wormwood； a fourth step of mixing 100-200 g of each of quinces, chrysanthemums, mint, and fennels； a fifth step of mixing the ingredients from the second, third, and fourth steps, adding the same in a boiling implement, injecting 15-20 L of refined water into the same, and heating the same at 80-100°；C for 1-2 hours so as to obtain a liquid extract； based on 91-96 wt% of the liquid extract, a sixth step of adding and combining 2-4 wt% of a mixture produced by drying, powdering, and mixing 400-800 g of each of wax gourd flesh and pumpkin flesh, 200-400 g of each of wax gourd seeds and pumpkin seeds, and 150-300 g of each of aloe, lotus roots, and mung beans； a seventh step of adding and combining 1-2 wt% of a mixture mixed with 1-3 L of each of plum wine (20-40 degrees) and fruit vinegar (total acidity 6-8%)； and an eighth step of adding, mixing, and agitating 1-3 wt% of mixed seed oil from the first step.본 발명은 피부주름 개선에 도움을 주는 여러 씨앗에서 추출한 오일과 피부미백에 도움을 주는 원료및 피부 가꾸는데 도움을 주는 원료가 모두 천연원료들이고, 예전부터 식용도 되고 비부미용에도 사용되었음이 여러 문헌과 책에도 기재되어 있으며, 민간요법으로도 전래된 것으로 그 안전성과 유효성을 기할 수 있어서, 피부미용에 좋은영향을 주게되고, 또 피부미용에도 도움을 주면서 고유의 향기를 지닌 원료들의 복합 조화된 향기는 그윽하고 상쾌한 기분을 들게하고, 또 피부미용에 도움을 주고 인체에 해가 없으면서 항균성과 살균력이 있는 재료는 배합되는 원료들에 대한 세균번식을 억제할 수 있게 된다.또한 상기 원료들은 대부분 우리나라 농가 등에서 재배하기 쉽고, 구입하기도 어렵지 않다.특히 원료중 수종의 식물은 유휴지 활용경작도 가능한 식물이고, 따라서 산업화를 추진함으로서 농가 소득증대에 기여할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
