A manufacturing method of a cleanser using vegetable oil and a herbal medicine extract according to the present invention comprises: a first step for grinding the kernel and inner skin of walnut to prepare walnut powder； a second step for mixing the walnut powder in the first step and a herbal medicine mixture, followed by performing extraction to prepare a herbal medicine extract； a third step for mixing olive oil and at least one oil selected from vegetable oil except for the olive oil to prepare mixed oil； a fourth step for mixing the herbal medicine extract in the second step and the mixed oil in the third step； a fifth step for mixing the walnut powder in the first step, the herbal medicine extract in the second step, and a mixture obtained in the fourth step, followed by performing fermentation； and a sixth step for aging a fermented material obtained in the fifth step.본 발명에 따른 식물성 오일과 생약추출물을 이용한 세안제 제조 방법은, 호두의 속알과 속피를 갈아서 분말로 제조하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계의 호두분말과, 생약혼합물을 혼합한 뒤, 추출하여 생약추출물로 제조하는 제2단계와, 올리브 오일과, 올리브 오일 이외의 식물성 오일 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상과 혼합하여 혼합오일로 제조하는 제3 단계와, 상기 제2단계의 생약추출물과 상기 제3단계의 혼합오일을 혼합하는 제4단계와, 상기 제1단계의 호두분말과 제2단계의 생약추출물과 상기 제4단계의 혼합물을 혼합하여 발효시키는 제5단계 및 상기 제5단계의 발효물을 숙성시키는 제6단계를 포함하여 제조할 수 있다.
