A medicinal agent exhibiting spasmolytic, litholytic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action comprises extracts of wild carrot, hop cones, origanum herb, peppermint oil, fir oil. Additionally it comprises magnesium alumomethasilicate (Neusilin UFL2), adjuvants for the formation of solid dosage form. A process for the preparation of medicinal agent exhibiting spasmolytic, litholytic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action involves mixing of active substances comprised of wild carrot extract, extract of hop cones, origanum herb extract, peppermint oil, fir oil with adjuvants. First fillers and magnesium alumomethasilicate (Neusilin UFL2) are mixed, then successively ricinic oil and complex thick extract comprising extracts of wild carrot, hop cones, origanum herb are loaded, mass is stirred, wet granulation is carried out, and wet granules prepared are transferred to the drying stage up to obtaining weight part of residual moisture in granulate from 1.5 to 3.0%. Simultaneously a mixture of ether oils is prepared by mixing fillers and magnesium alumomethasilicate (Neusilin UFL2) and addition of ricinic oil, peppermint oil and fir oil.
