PURPOSE: A mixed solution of eel, medical herbs, and rubus coreanus, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the bad smell of ell from the solution. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a mixed solution of eel, medical herbs, and rubus coreanus comprises the following steps: boiling 300-400 parts of eel by weight, 100-200 parts of medical herbs by weight, and 3,000-4,000 parts of water by weight in a boiling tank at 100-120 deg C for 10-15 hours to obtain an eel extract； slowly cooling the eel extract, and removing oil； mixing 40-60wt% of eel extract and 60-40wt% of rubus coreanus fermentation solution； and packaging the mixture, and aging the mixture for 1 month.본 발명은 장어 300~400중량비, 생약재 100~200중량비, 물 3000~4000중량비 비율로 다림조에 첨가하여 고형분 10중량% 이상이 되도록 100~120℃에서 10~15시간 다린 장어한약재 추출물 40~60중량%； 및복분자와 설탕을 1:1중량비로 섞어 3개월 이상 상온에서 발효시켜 채취한 복분자 발효원액 60~40중량%를 혼합한 장어생약재 복분자 혼합액으로, 생약재를 첨가하여 장어의 역겨운 맛을 없애고 기능성을 증진시키고, 복분자 발효원액을 첨가하여 소화흡수를 도우며, 미감 및 식감을 증진시켜 남녀노소 공히 사용 가능토록 한다.
