The present invention relates to an inhalation chamber (1) comprising a body (10) having a support (13) adapted to receive a tip (20) of a metered dose inhaler (2) and an outlet port (12) adapted to be connected to a mouthpiece (30) or a mask (3) to be applied to the face of a patient, characterized in that said support is pivotally mounted on the body (10) about an axis (X) not collinear with the (Y) axis of the outlet.
