This invention relates to a tofu skin formation machine using a vertically circular type conveyer belt set to drive the bean milk tank operation in which bean milk is loaded. A heating area of the bean milk tank heats the bean milk loaded, such that the bean milk during the circular rotation forms a thin skin on the surface. From the operation opening of the formation machine, an operator can collect and store the tofu skin.
