A fatigue detection and refreshing device for vehicle comprises at least one physiological signal sensing device, at least one environmental signal sensing device, a physiological signal and environmental signal processor, a fatigue evaluating system and a stimulation device. The physiological signal and environmental signal processor gets drivers physiological signal and the environmental signal in the vehicle timely via the physiological signal sensing device and the environmental signal sensing device, and sends the signals to the fatigue evaluating system after the signals are analyzed and treated, so as to affirm the fatigue degree of the driver.
