A physiological signal sensing system is disclosed, which includes a physiological signal sensing device and a mobile device. The physiological signal sensing device is used to sense the physiological status of a user for obtaining a physiological signal and to generate a command according to the physiological signal. The mobile device is used to receive the command and generate a voice signal according to the command and a multiple of pre-built language information, and then outputs the voice signal.
