PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body odor suppressing agent which comprises a nonionic bactericide and a monohydric alcohol and is thickened with a cellulose- or acrylic acid-based thickener, is excellent in body odor suppressing effects and low temperature stability and has excellent practical aptitude without staining an application object in black.SOLUTION: There is provided a body odor suppressing agent which comprises a nonionic bactericide (component A), a monohydric alcohol (component B) having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a thickener (component C) selected from the group consisting of a cellulose-based thickener and an acrylic acid-based thickener, a titanium oxide-coated activated carbon (component D) containing an activated carbon and titanium oxide present on the surface of the activated carbon and water (component E). The content of the component A is 0.05 to 1.0 mass%, the content of the component B is 30.0 to 80.0 mass%, the content of the component C is 0.10 to 2.0 mass% and the content of the component D is 0.10 to 2.0 mass%.
