The present invention provides novel nanobodies against pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A) and preparation thereof. The present invention also provides nucleic acids encoding the nanobodies as well as preparation and use thereof. Immunohistochemistry and in vivo imaging show that the nanobodies of the present invention have high lung-targeting specificity.Cette invention concerne de nouveaux nanocorps dirigés contre la protéine A du tensioactif pulmonaire (SP-A) et leur préparation, des acides nucléiques codant pour les nanocorps ainsi que leur préparation et utilisation. L'immunohistochimie et l'imagerie in vivo montrent que les nanocorps selon la présente invention ont une spécificité de ciblage des poumons élevée.
