The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an insulating plastic greenhouse using air caps, and an insulating plastic greenhouse manufactured thereby, wherein the insulating plastic greenhouse can be easily installed to provide excellent insulation, and thus reduces installation costs while improving installation workability, and further allows for reduction in heating or cooling costs by improving insulation property.
