An operation unit having an operation outer tube installed on the shaft and an operation inner tube installed to be displaceable in the operation outer tube, a linear base pivotally attached to the second shaft portion, and a linear base unit installed so as to be linearly displaceable A linear displacement unit having a linear platform, a handle module mounted on the linear platform, and a first interlocking rod and a second interlocking rod pivotally mounted between the working inner tube and the linear base.
