PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel holding tool for a plant cultivation device which is capable of holding a panel that constitutes a cultivation bed by using a cultivation rack near an operator.SOLUTION: A panel holding tool 20 for a plant cultivation device holds a single panel 12 that constitutes a cultivation bed which covers an upper end opening of a cultivation tank which is mounted on a mounting part of a cultivation rack and pools nutritious liquid for hydroponics. The panel holding tool 20 for a plant cultivation device comprises: a holding part 21 which freely detachably holds the panel 12 in a separated state from a floor surface on which the cultivation rack is installed； and an attaching part 22 which is fixed to the holding part 21 and freely detachably attached to a horizontal rail 8 arranged on the working surface of the cultivation rack.
