PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device in which minimum number of LED lighting tools are used for ensuring photon flux density required for growth of plants and uniformized photon flux density is radiated on all plants planted on a cultivation tank loaded on a loading part of a cultivation rack.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device 1 comprises a plurality of props 7, a cultivation rack 3 which is established with the props 7 and comprises loading parts 4 on which a cultivation tank 2 on which plants are planted is loaded with an interval in vertical direction, an LED illumination device 5 arranged on the cultivation rack 3 with an interval above each of the loading parts 4. The cultivation rack 3 has a configuration capable of being encompassed in a virtual rectangular parallelepiped. A reflection surface facing inside of the cultivation rack 3 is provided on at least one side surface of 4 side surfaces of the virtual rectangular parallelepiped.
