PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine removal bag for both men and women, which is easily put on and whose stability in a worn state is improved, relating to the urine removal bag suitable when worn by an incontinent patient or the like.
SOLUTION: The urine removal bag includes a liquid-permeable inner surface sheet, a liquid-impermeable outer surface sheet and an absorptive core material between the sheets. A ring surrounding a leg in the state of being tightly attached around the leg of a wearer is formed on both sides in the transverse direction of the urine removal bag, and both ends of a belt-like part extending in the circumferential direction of the ring are integrated with the urine removal bag.
