PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine pad which is easily attached to a person who cannot widely open the crotch because of the paralysis or the arthrogryposis and replaced quickly and easily.
SOLUTION: The urine pad 1A includes an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 at least partially made of a liquid permeable material and disposed to cover the surface of the absorber 22, and a back sheet 20 made of a liquid-impermeable material and disposed to cover the rear surface of the absorber 22. The pad is folded at least once in the lateral direction, and the front surfaces or rear surfaces abut to each other as the pad is folded. The abutting front surfaces or rear surfaces are joined to each other at least either at a front end 2 or at a rear end 6.
