PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly diffuse and absorb a urination without stopping absorption of the urination at a body pressure load position in a sitting state. SOLUTION: A disposable absorbable article comprises an absorption material 10, and an absorption sheet 3 disposed in a widthwise direction of the material 10 and containing a spirally flexible member 11 extended in a lengthwise direction. The member 11 assures a urination inlet/exit over an entire circumference by its spiral structure and assures a urination diffusing passage 10a over the entire length of its interior.
