PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biliary stent capable of sufficiently exhibiting a valve function while the length of the whole length of the biliary stent is made shorter than before.SOLUTION: A biliary stent includes: a biliary stent body 10 a film member 30 having a first opening 32 opening on one end 10G side of the stent body 10, and a second opening 34 opening on the other end 10D side of the stent body 10 supporting members 40 and 50 for supporting the second opening 34 so that the position of the second opening 34 is on the other end 10D side relative to the position of the first opening 32. The film member 30 is configured so that the opening area of the second opening 34 becomes small in comparison with that of the first opening 32. The first opening 32 is positioned at the same position as one end 10G of the stent body 10.
