Disclosed herein are a plastic stent and a stentoperation apparatus for plastic stents. The plastic stentincludes a stent body with a flow hole formed through thestent body in the longitudinal direction thereof. The stentoperation apparatus includes a stent push rod having anexternally threaded end. The stent body has an internalthread on the circumferential inner surface of the flow holeso that the internal thread engages with the externallythreaded end of the stent push rod of the stent operationapparatus. The plastic stent is coupled to the stent push rodby the threaded engagement between the externally threaded endand the internal thread, is inserted into the body of apatient, is adjusted in location by pushing or pulling thestent push rod, and is released from the stent push rod at acorrect location in the body of the patient by disengaging thethreaded engagement.
