The genetically modified transgenic animal (or embryo) according to the disclosure of the present application comprises: a first cell having a genome including a first toolbox and a target site； and a second cell having a genome including a second toolbox and a modified site, wherein the first toolbox and the second toolbox each comprise at least one of a polynucleotide encoding an RNA-guided endonuclease, and a polynucleotide encoding a guide nucleic acid capable of binding specifically to the target site. The modified site includes a fourth area, a fifth area, and a sixth area, wherein the fourth area is located at the 5′ end of the fifth area, and the sixth area is located at the 3′ end of the fifth area.
