This invention discloses a processed food for people with chewing or swallowing difficulty and a producing method thereof, wherein the processed food is molded by pasty ingredients which comprise a main ingredient formed by breaking or cutting at least one ingredient among sea food, edible meat, vegetable, and fruit. At least one item among color, texture, and pattern of the processed food is the same as or similar to that of the selected main ingredient. The producing method comprises the steps of breaking or cutting ingredients selected from sea food, meat, vegetable, and fruit to form the main ingredient, and mixing the main ingredient with binding materials to form pasty ingredients filling the pasty ingredients into a shaping mold flattening the surface of the pasty ingredients filled in the shaping mold heating the pasty ingredients for curing them directly printing the mold with edible inks so that at least one item among color, texture, and pattern of the processed food is the same as the selected main ingredient.
