A method for preparing a tea leaf extract with great anti-oxidation activity is disclosed. The method includes: smoldering a rich husk sample at 200-400℃ for 2-4 hours in a low oxygen environment, followed by burning at 400-600℃ for 2-4 hours in an atmospheric environment to obtain a rice husk silica. The rich husk silica is then dissolved in an alkali to obtain a rice husk silica solution. A tea leaf sample is finally extracted by the rice husk silica solution to obtain the tea leaf extract.一種茶葉萃取物的製造方法,係用以獲得具有良好抗氧化活性之茶葉萃取物,其包含:於一低氧環境中,以200~400℃之溫度下悶燒一稻殼樣品2~4小時,續於大氣環境中,以400~600℃之溫度下燒製2~4小時,以得一稻殼矽,該低氧環境之氧氣濃度低於5%;將該稻殼矽溶解於一鹼液中,得一稻殼矽液;及以該稻殼矽液萃取一茶葉樣品。
