PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device capable of suppressing the number of components, while driving a driven portion in a plurality of directions.SOLUTION: An actuator device 10 has a first actuator portion 510 deforming by energy provided and driving a driven portion 100 to a first direction, a second actuator portion 520 deforming by energy provided and driving the driven portion 100 to a second direction different from the first direction, a first applying portion 410 providing energy to the first actuator portion 510, and a second applying portion 420 providing energy to the second actuator portion 520.
