PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator, which is configured so that a cylinder can be easily removed although it is mounted as desired, and a regulating member for the cylinder, which is configured so that the cylinder can be easily attached and detached although oscillation or displacement of the cylinder can be substantially prevented.SOLUTION: The regulating member 5 for the cylinder 4 is configured to regulate at least one cylinder 4 disposed oppositely to a substrate surface of a substrate 3a by a pressing portion 10 which presses it from one end portion 4c thereof to the other end portion 4d, and includes a first regulating member 6 attached to the substrate 3a and a second regulating member 7 detachably connected to the first regulating member 6.
